    PERSONAL STYLISTS AND CONTENT CREATORS:

    Ecco has recently been awarded Winner of the Seven Daysies Award 2023 for Best Women’s Formal Wear as well as Winner for Best Women’s Casual wear. We are looking for full-time and part-time personal stylists to complete our amazing team. This is perfect for someone who loves to build relationships with clients, has a lot of energy and is a fashion enthusiast. This is not a commission based role but there are bonuses for reaching your monthly sales goals. This role has room for growth into a management position. 

    TASKS:

    • Build relationships with customers and help to craft their personal style
    • Deliver top notch customer service
    • Assist the Marketing Manager in content creation, social media posts, email marketing, and other creative opportunities
    • Provide feedback on product performance and product holes
    • Lead the sales team and assist with delegating tasks as needed
    • Inventory management including recording top selling items, buying new products and reviewing potential new fashion lines to introduce into the store
    • Visual merchandising updates
    • Opening/closing responsibilities and MOD tasks

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Weekend and evening availability
    • Experience working in customer service
    • Love of fashion, background or experience, and ability to provide a personal shopping experience
    • High-energy, positive individuals
    • Enjoys being part of a team
